Valeria Velasco has been practicing law for over 30 years at her own firm, The Law Offices of Valeria Velasco, in Playa del Rey.  She specializes in estate administration and probate.

Born and raised in Los Angeles Valeria attended California High School and received her law degree from University of West LA.   Estate planning and administration were her favorite subjects in law school. Helping people through the process of losing a loved one resonated and appealed to Valeria.  Legal matters can play a significant role in this process and it was where Valeria felt she could do her best work with the law.  You’ll experience a personal touch with focus on customer service when working with Valeria.  A recent client  shared,  their words to Valeria,  “You care about me more than the fees  I’m going to pay you.     Serving on a panel of mediators for client and attorney disputes.
  • Member Trust & Estate Section of State of California
    Update and training from state bar enabling her to stay current with laws and procedures
  • VP of Board of Los Angeles Airport Commissioners of Los Angeles World Airports
    Approves all contracts over $150K that go to Los Angeles World Airports.
    Set policy procedures – transportation, fees, etc.
    Board members are nominated by the mayor and appointed by city council.
  • Member of the The Rotary Club of Westchester, CA since 1993.
